You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. Domestic Shipping Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50. Orders below this threshold are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost and are displayed during the checkout process. International Shipping We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days from dispatch. Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the order total and are collected by the delivery carrier upon arrival. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel through our carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch confirmation. Delivery Issues If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check the tracking information provided. If the tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local post office. If you are still unable to locate your order, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Lost or Damaged Parcels In the rare event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photographic evidence of any damage.
